CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR ASSISTANT PROFESSOR AT THE INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT: MANAGEMENT OF HEALTHCARE SERVICE

The Institute of Management (IdM) of Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies (see https://www.santannapisa.it/it/istituto/management/istituto-di-management) , in view of the possible opening of one tenure track position at the level of Assistant Professor [Ricercatore di tipo B’ (RTDB) in the Italian system], seeks expressions of interest from researchers working on the management of healthcare service.

The ideal candidate should have a PhD in statistics, economics, management, business administration or related areas, a strong record of research and teaching, an ability to work across traditional disciplinary boundaries and a high commitment to actively contribute to the activities of the Institute of Management. We are looking for researchers who will be expected to conduct research on data analysis for performance evaluation in health care and related areas. Successful candidates will also be expected to teach in PhD programs, Master programs and executive training courses

Interested individuals should send their expressions of interest to idm@santannapisa.it including a cover letter motivating their interest in the call, a CV, a description of current research (3-page maximum) and of teaching activities (1- page maximum) within March 31, 2021.

Knowledge of the Italian language is not required, but the ability to teach in English is mandatory. The School guarantees equal gender opportunities in recruitment and career.
